Q1. BI類タイルとはどのようなタイルですか？
プレス成形によって作られた磁器質タイルで、吸水率は3.0%以下と非常に低く、高い耐水性を持っています。表面には釉薬が施されており、屋内外の壁床や水回りなど幅広い用途に 対応しています。
Q2.粗面・鏡面とはどういう意味ですか？
粗面は表面に細かな凹凸があり、滑りにくい仕様です。屋外や水に濡れやすい環境で安全性が高くなります。一方、鏡面は表面を磨いて光沢を出した仕上げで、高級感のある見た目が特徴です。ただし、濡れやすい場所では使用に注意が必要です。
Q3.粗面の滑り抵抗値はどのくらいですか？
粗面の滑り抵抗値はR9です。主に「乾いた環境で一般的に使用できる滑り抵抗性能」を示します。屋内床・屋外の比較的乾いた場所などに適していますが、常に濡れている床面や浴室床には適しません。
Q4.屋外でも使えますか？
壁にはご使用いただけます。床にはご使用いただけませんのでご注意ください。
Q5.メンテナンスは難しいですか？
特殊なメンテナンスは不要です。磁器質タイルは汚れが染みにくく、日常の掃除は水拭きや中性洗剤だけで十分です。
Q6.浴室床にも使用できますか？
いいえ、ご使用いただけません。粗面仕上げの滑り抵抗値がR9のため、常時濡れる浴室床には不十分です。浴室周りでは滑り抵抗値R11以上を推奨しています。
Q7.納期はどのくらいかかりますか？
輸入タイルのため、在庫がない場合はお 待ちいただく場合がございます。状況により納期が変動いたしますので、都度お問い合わせいただけますと幸いです。
