CUBIC installation method

Apply pressure-bonded mortar for exterior floor tiles to the smooth substrate.
Note: Avoid rainy weather when carrying out construction work, and carry out work on a sunny day. If the temperature is expected to drop below 5°C during construction or curing, please cancel construction work.

It is applied by pressing in the same way as regular large-format floor tiles.
Note: To avoid any gaps on the back of the CUBIC, use a rubber hammer or similar to adjust the level and press down firmly.

If you need to cut the product for layout purposes, simply cut the joints of the product. If you need to cut it at an angle, you can also use a tile cutter to cut it.

The special joint material MT-MEJI is used to fill the joints using a joint bag or similar.
After filling, press the joint with a joint trowel when it is half dry. If you use a brush or a sieve to roughen the surface, the joints will look weathered.
Allow the mortar and grout to harden until fully cured.

When applying, open multiple cartons and mix the products together before applying.

Installation precautions
・The thickness of the product varies. Excessive unevenness may cause tripping accidents.
- Be sure to arrange the pieces temporarily and adjust any unevenness using adhesive or other means.
When installing on the exterior, we recommend using REPEL-S, a penetrating water-absorption inhibitor, to prevent dirt, deterioration, and efflorescence.

・Secondary cement products may develop a white surface called "efflorescence."

はい、基本的には外床にもご使用いただけます。
美観を維持するため、当社の副資材 「リペルS（浸透性吸水防止剤）」 の併用をおすすめします。
Q2. キャン’フロアーは内床に使えますか？
表面に凹凸があるため、住宅の内床でのご使用はお控えください。なお、商業施設などではご使用いただけます。
Q3. キャン’フロアーは輸入品ですか？
いいえ。日本製です。
国内の自社工場で職人が一つ一つ手作業で製造しています。そのため、将来補修が必要になった場合でも対応可能です。

ご使用を検討されているお客様は、一度弊社にご相談ください。
Q5. 廃盤のリスクはありますか？
いいえ。万が一、自社都合により廃盤となった場合でも、自社工場にて再生産が可能です。
補修が必要になった場合でも、安心してご採用いただけます。
