Precautions
・Since Blockface is a cement molded product, there may be a dimensional error of about 1.3%.
- The joint width for Blockface should be approximately 10 to 12 mm.
- When installing on an exterior wall, be sure to leave a joint that is at least 2/3 the thickness of the tile.
- If you do not put in grout, water will get to the back of the tile and cause it to peel off.
・To make the most of the texture, please mix products from multiple cartons.
・The required number per m2/m includes joints.

Q1. ブロックフェイスは外壁に使えますか？
はい、外壁にもご使用いただけます。外壁用での製造となるため受注生産となります。また、美観を維持するため、当社の副資材 「リペルS（浸透性吸水防止剤）」 の併用をおすすめします。詳細は弊社までお問い合わせください。
Q2. ブロックフェイスは輸入品ですか？
いいえ。日本製です。
国内の自社工場で職人が一つ一つ手作業で製造しています。そのため、将来補修が必要になった場合でも対応可能です。
Q3. ブロックフェイスはセメント加工品とのことですが、カットした断面はセメント色ですか？
いいえ、モルタルに顔料を練り込んでいるため、断面も表面と同じ色合いです。
施工時にカットする場合は、線状に傷をつけて タガネとハンマーで割る方法を推奨しています。
Q4. 廃盤のリスクはありますか？
いいえ。万が一、自社都合により廃盤となった場合でも、自社工場にて再生産が可能です。
補修が必要になった場合でも、安心してご採用いただけます。
Q5. BLOCK FACEは不燃ですか？ 認定番号を教えてください。
CAN'STONEは不燃材です。建築基準法では、不燃材料（いわゆる不燃材）は「政令で定める技術的基準に適合するもので、国土交通大臣が定めたもの又は国土交通大臣の認定を受けたもの」とされています。つまり、不燃材には「定めたもの」と「認定を受けたもの」の２通りがあります。
CAN'STONEの素材であるモルタルorコンクリートは、法令で「定めた」不燃材です。たびたび問い合わせのある『認定番号』は、「認定を受けた」不燃材に付いています。どちらも建築基準法に規定されている不燃材料として、同じように使用できます。
