- There is a range of colour tones which can be said to be the flavour of natural stone, so when installing, be sure to take out pieces from multiple cartons and apply them.

Q1. キャン’ストーンは外壁に使えますか？
はい、外壁にもご使用いただけます。
美観を維持するため、当社の副資材 「リペルS（浸透性吸水防止剤）」 の併用をおすすめします。
Q2. キャン’ストーンは輸入品ですか？
いいえ。日本製です。
国内の自社工場で職人が一つ一つ手作業で製造しています。そのため、将来補修が必要になった場合でも対応可能です。
Q3. セメント二次製品のストーンタイルは、磁器タイルに比べて強度が弱いと聞きましたが実際はどうですか？
確かに、磁器タイルと比較すると強度は劣ります。しかし近年は弾性ボンドで施工することが一般的になり、この弱点は補われることが多く、ひび割れの発生は大幅に減少しています。
万が一ひび割れが発生した場合でも、簡単に補修できる副資材 「STONE+AID」 をご用意していますのでご安心ください。
Q4. キャン’ストーンはセメント加工品とのことですが、カットした断面はセメント色ですか？
いいえ、モルタルに顔料を練り込んでいるため、断面も表面と同じ色合いです。
施工時にカットする場合は、線状に傷をつけて タガネとハンマーで割る方法を推奨しています。
Q5. 廃盤のリスクはありますか？
いいえ。万が一、自社都合により廃盤となった場合でも、自社工場にて再生産が可能です。
補修が必要になった場合でも、安心してご採用いただけます。
Q6. CAN'STONEは不燃ですか？ 認定番号を教えてください。
CAN'STONEは不燃材です。建築基準法では、不燃材料（いわゆる不燃材）は「政令で定める技術的基準に適合するもので、国土交通大臣が定めたもの又は国土交通大臣の認定を受けたもの」とされています。つまり、不燃材には「定めたもの」と「認定を受けたもの」の２通りがあります。
CAN'STONEの素材であるモルタルorコンクリートは、法令で「定めた」不燃材です。たびたび問い合わせのある『認定番号』は、「認定を受けた」不燃材に付いています。どちらも建築基準法に規定されている不燃材料として、同じように使用できます。
Q7.寒冷地での使用は可能ですか？
寒冷地でもご使用いただけます。耐凍害仕様での製造となるため受注生産となります。また、気温が5℃以下になる季節での施工は避け、暖かい時期に施工していただきますようお願いいたします。
