Important Notes
Please Read Before Purchasing
Because of how they are manufactured, our imported light fixtures may have small scratches or bubbles in the glass and some variation in the painted finish and color. These are not defects; they are part of the character and individual variation of imported lighting. Please purchase with this in mind.
Conditions and instructions for use
PSE-compliant product
Read the instruction manual and the markings on the fixture before use, and use the fixture correctly.
Incandescent bulbs become very hot. Do not touch them; they can cause burns.
Do not place the fixture close to combustible materials, press it against them, or cover it. Doing so can cause a fire.
Unless otherwise stated, use the fixture at an ambient temperature of 0–35℃. Outside this range the light may fail to come on, or a fire may result.
Fixtures come in different types, such as direct ceiling mount and direct wall mount. Use the type intended for the location. Using the wrong type can cause the fixture to fall, or cause electric shock or fire.
Unless otherwise indicated, always install the fixture in the orientation shown in the photograph. Incorrect installation can cause the fixture to fall, or cause electric shock or fire.
The fixture is designed and built to be used on its own. Pressing fixtures against each other or grouping them together can cause them to fall, or cause electric shock or fire.
Do not use the fixture for special applications. Doing so can lead to accidents.
Always check the rated voltage when selecting a fixture. Applying excessive voltage shortens the life of the lamp and other parts and can cause a fire.
Installation work
Check that the mounting location can support the weight of the fixture. If it is not strong enough, the fixture may fall.
Always have the fixture installed by a licensed professional, such as an electrical contractor or electrical retailer. Incorrect installation can cause the fixture to fall, or cause electric shock or fire.
Never modify the fixture or replace its parts. Doing so can cause it to fall, or cause electric shock or fire.
Maintenance and inspection
Under normal conditions of use, lighting fixtures should be replaced after about 8–10 years.
Clean and inspect the fixture once every 6 months, and have a licensed professional inspect it once every 3–5 years.
