Sophisticated Restaurant × Netherland (NL-6) / BOTTEGA (PLAY)

For the interior of “Journal Standard DINING Shinjuku”, designed by 株式会社ベイクルーズ, the brick tile CAN’BRICK “Netherland (NL-6)” and the imported tile “BOTTEGA (PLAY)” were chosen.

▎CAN’BRICK “Netherland (NL-6)”

NL-6, a brick tile modeled on slender Dutch bricks, was installed on the walls around the sofa seating and the drink counter. Its deep tones and rich character add just the right sense of weight to the chic interior, while the brick texture spreading across the entire wall gives the space depth and a striking accent.

▎Tile Capsule “BOTTEGA (PLAY)”

For the floor, the 200 mm square tile BOTTEGA “PLAY” was selected. Its geometric patterns in gray and red on a cream base blend in naturally even when the same design sits side by side, creating a rhythmic look. The same tile runs continuously from the dining room out to the balcony seating, connecting inside and outside and giving the space a sense of openness.

The vintage-style brick tiles and the patterned floor tiles harmonize with the black iron chairs and leather sofas, creating a calm, grown-up dining space.
